As payment for our services we accept cash, credit cards, money orders, and checks.
Most of our patients have a portion of their treatment covered by dental insurance.
You are responsible for the portion of your fees that are not covered by the dental insurance plan (your co-pay). If your procedure is covered by dental insurance, please bring the name and address of your carrier as well as any social security numbers, dates of birth, and name of employer needed to process your claim. A copy of your insurance card will be helpful in completing your claim. Contact your insurance carrier who should inform you as to the amount (percentage) that they will cover for the procedure(s).
We will gladly submit a statement of your treatment to your dental insurance company. The balance on all accounts is due in full in 60 days regardless of insurance coverage or anticipated payment from other sources.
